NEEDED: one person pausing on a walk to glance at a phone, relaxed and unremarkable. Waist-up or three-quarter framing, portrait orientation. Must not read as tracking or being monitored — the mood is "logged it, carrying on".

What it doesn't ask of them
No schedules, no comparisons, no manager watching
No fixed session
Nobody has to exercise at the same time as anyone else. Together does not have to mean at the same time.
No fitness bar
Everyone meets the same shared goal, so the fittest person in the group does not set the standard.
No manager scoreboard
Encouragement comes from teammates. Taking part is voluntary.

Workouts can sync rather than be typed in

Google Fit is not a direct integration — it reaches Kyool through Health Connect on Android. There is no Strava integration.
