Employee experience

Open the app. See today. Get on with it.

There is a short setup — creating an account, joining the company program and picking a FAB of 2–6. After that the daily loop is one screen.

A day in a FAB

Seven small moments, most of them a few seconds

  1. Join

The employee joins their company's challenge and lands in a FAB.

  2. Understand the goal

One screen shows what the group is working toward today.

  3. Show up

They complete the activity wherever and whenever suits them.

  4. See progress

The FAB sees who has completed — a picture, not a ranking.

  5. Encourage

A Spark is a one-tap nudge or bit of praise for a teammate.

  6. Build consistency

The group's shared streak grows for every day it keeps going.

  7. Celebrate

On eligible shared goals, a day when everyone completed earns the FAB a shared Star.

What it doesn't ask of them

No schedules, no comparisons, no manager watching

  • No fixed session

Nobody has to exercise at the same time as anyone else. Together does not have to mean at the same time.

  • No fitness bar

Everyone meets the same shared goal, so the fittest person in the group does not set the standard.

  • No manager scoreboard

Encouragement comes from teammates. Taking part is voluntary.

Devices

Workouts can sync rather than be typed in

Employees can keep using the fitness apps and devices they already have.

  • Apple Health

iOS, read-only, after the employee grants permission.

  • Health Connect

Android, read-only. Surfaces data from apps like Google Fit and Samsung Health.

  • Apple Watch

Detected automatically when the watch is paired and the Kyool watch app is installed.

  • Fitbit

Connected from Settings to sync activity, heart rate and sleep.

  • GarminComing soon

Listed in the app as coming soon. Not available today.

Google Fit is not a direct integration — it reaches Kyool through Health Connect on Android. There is no Strava integration.

Privacy

Accountability without workplace surveillance

Employees should feel encouraged by coworkers — not monitored by their employer.

  • Activity stays employee-focused

An employee's activity exists for them and for the small group they chose to be accountable to.

  • Companies see program-level information

Participation and engagement across the program — not unnecessary personal health detail about named individuals.

Have security or privacy requirements? We'll go through them with you directly, including how Kyool handles data during a pilot. You can also read the Kyool Privacy Policy.

Let a few employees try it.

A pilot is the honest way to find out whether your people actually enjoy this.

Move together. Connect better.
