Pricing questions
Can we start with one department?
Yes — that is what the pilot is for. It covers up to 50 employees for 60 days, and works just as well for one team, one office or one employee group as for a whole department. No company-wide rollout is required.
What happens after the pilot?
The pilot is a one-off, so nothing renews automatically and it does not roll into a subscription. At the end we share an engagement summary, and you decide whether to continue on a per-employee plan, run another pilot with a different group, or stop.
Is annual billing required?
No. Monthly billing is available at $4 per employee per month. Annual billing is the lower rate at $3 per employee per month, which is why it is marked best value — but it is a choice, not a requirement.
What about more than 500 employees?
Above 500 employees we price individually and plan the rollout with you rather than applying a list rate. There is no headcount ceiling on the product — get in touch and we will work through it together.
Can we run a limited wellness initiative rather than an ongoing program?
Yes. FAB challenges run for a fixed 21, 30, 60 or 90 days, so a company can run a single time-boxed initiative — a wellness month, for example — without committing to something ongoing.
Why is the price different from another country?
Kyool publishes a separate list price for each market it sells in, rather than taking a single price and converting it between currencies. The figure shown for your selected region is what Kyool charges there.
