One Kyool. Different ways to bring teams together.

Every program below works the same way underneath — small groups, one shared goal. What changes is the activity and who is in the group.

The whole picture

How companies can use Kyool

Kyool for Teams is not only an app for employees to walk. It is an accountability mechanism that can carry several different employee programs.

Cards marked Product capability work in the app today. Cards marked Program you organize use the same FABs, with the grouping decided by you — we help set them up during a pilot rather than pretending there is a button for it.

Activities

Wellness shouldn't mean only steps

Different employees stay active in different ways. Kyool lets teams build accountability around the activity that fits their people — including hydration, which runs as its own FAB with a daily water goal and reminders rather than as a workout.

  • Walking
  • Running
  • Cycling
  • Hiking
  • Gym workouts
  • Yoga & stretching
  • Swimming
  • Hydration
  • HIIT & functional
  • Sports
  • Meditation & breathing
  • Custom activities

A sample of what a FAB can be built around. The in-app list is longer — sports, seasonal activities, mind and wellness sessions — and a team can define its own custom activity if nothing on the list fits.

Recognition

Leaderboards, scoped to the level that keeps people visible

Leaderboards can be motivating. In Kyool the FAB stays the unit that carries accountability — standings are recognition layered on top of it, never the thing driving participation.

Inside one FAB · this week

Who showed up

  1. Priya5 of 5 days4
  2. Marcus5 of 5 days3
  3. Jennifer5 of 7 days3
  4. David5 of 7 days3

Ranked on completed days first, then Stars, then longest run — so 5 of 5 outranks 5 of 7, and the "of N" is always shown so a count is never mistaken for a raw score. On FABs that cannot earn Stars, such as hydration and gym-plan groups, the Star column is hidden.

Why the group, not the individual

A company-wide table asks who did the most, and most employees answer that question by quietly dropping out. Ranking inside a FAB asks something smaller and more answerable: did the four of us show up this week?

That is why the one leaderboard Kyool ships today lives inside a single group, and why it ranks completed days rather than volume — nobody wins it by being the fittest.

Why participation shouldn't depend on being #1

Where standings could sit in your organization

  1. Inside a FAB

    2–6 peopleIn app today

Members of one group, on completed days first, then Stars, then longest run. Ties share a rank.

Celebrates: Who carried the group this week or month

  2. Team or department

    A few FABsPlanned

FABs against each other within one team, by shared consistency rather than individual totals.

Celebrates: The groups keeping a department going

  3. Office or location

    One sitePlanned

FABs across a single office, so a smaller site is not competing with headquarters.

Celebrates: Local momentum, site by site

  4. Country or region

    One marketPlanned

Offices and teams within a country, keeping time zones and working patterns comparable.

Celebrates: Regional participation across a distributed org

  5. Company-wide

    EveryonePlanned

Every FAB in the organization, as a headline for a company initiative or wellness month.

Celebrates: The whole programme, in one view

In app today means it works now. The FAB leaderboard ships in the app and ranks the members of a single group. Everything wider — department, office, country, company — is planned: Kyool has no department, office or country model yet, so there is nothing above the FAB to rank across. Tell us which scope your program would need and we will tell you honestly where it sits.

Connection programs

Who is in the group matters as much as what they do

Put one person each from Engineering, Marketing, Finance, HR, Sales and Operations into a single walking FAB and they get a small shared experience they would not otherwise have. People who might meet only in meetings now have a reason to talk every day.

These are ways of composing a group rather than software features — you decide the membership, and during a pilot we help you set the groups up. Connection is an opportunity this creates, not a guarantee.

  • Cross-department FABs

Connect employees who might rarely work together.

  • Hybrid-team FABs

Give remote and office employees something shared beyond meetings.

  • New-hire FABs

Help new employees build connections faster through a simple shared activity.

  • Lunch-walk FABs

Turn an ordinary break into a consistent team habit.

  • Leadership FABs

Managers and employees can take part together without making wellness feel like another work assignment.

  • Location-based FABs

Connect employees across offices, or create local groups in each one.
